HELP!!!!! I just can't seem to get myself motivated to start my workouts and eating right. My eating is a little better and I worked out for one flipping day and already want to give up! Part of my problem is that I'm a VERY impatient person and don't want to wait to see a difference. I know that is immposible so how do I get into the right mindset to get this going??? I'm looking for some workout plans, meal plans and motivational tips. Anyone have any good ones? I thought maybe this blog would be a good way of motivating myself so I just need to get with it, suck it up and get a routine going!
